Product Description

Plate sterilizer is a sterilization equipment specially designed for juice, tea beverage or similar liquid materials.

It is an ideal equipment to extend the shelf life of materials through sterilization and cooling. According to the user's different requirements for material heating, sterilization, heat preservation and cooling, various technical requirements of different flow components are designed to meet the process requirements and have various safety protection measures and back high temperature alarm, low temperature function flow. At the same time, a high-precision automatic control system can be configured accordingly according to user requirements.

Semi-automatic configuration: semi-automatic control of the whole process of operation. The operator can control pump, valve and return functions from the control panel. Sterilization temperature is maintained by temperature control PID. Sterilization temperature is continuously recorded.

 5°C milk→65°C-75°C Homogenize→85°C-90°C Pasteurize(15s)→4°C Packing

 For Juice:
 Juice 30°C→ (65-75)°C Homogenize→(137)°C Sterilize(4s)→88°C filling and packaging→30-45°C Circumfluence
