Automatic Apple Puree Processing Line
Apple Juice production line can make apple juice, pulp, puree, jam etc. It is automatic apple processing line. Its main machines include Washing unit, Lifting Conveyor, Crushing, Preheater, Pupler, Cooking unit, Evaporation, Filling & Packaging and so on.
A single production line has multiple stations, and a single shift has about 8-10 operator/shift; (reasonable arrangements will be determined according to the different production conditions of the customer's site).
All parts of the equipment in contact with materials are made of 304 stainless steel, and the equipment and quotations are in line with food technology and scientific standards.
The standard parts of the production line are made of top products, which are made of high-grade food-grade materials and high-grade electrical components at home and abroad. Pneumatic control components: AirTAC, low-voltage components: Omron/Schneider/Siemens.
The equipment of the production line is designed and customized according to the requirements of the buyer.
